This is Angie.
A number of years ago, she and her husband purchased a multi-unit rental. After her husband passed away, things started taking a turn – her tenants got behind paying rent, then stopped. The handyman tenant no longer fixed things. A couple years ago, Angie had enough and started trying to get rid of her headaches…..but they wouldn’t go away. After multiple attempts trying to evict them, the old tenants kept figuring out how to game the system and flat out ignored her.
They picked locks to break in.
They hauled 5 gallon bottles of water in to flush toilets.
They cooked on a grill.
They hooked up generators to power the TV’s and heaters.
Finally, Angie got in touch with a fellow investor who mentioned it to me – and we both knew we needed to help her out.
After months of helping her through the eviction process, working with both the Sheriff & Police to keep trespassers from re-entering, we finally got everybody out and closed on the property!
